Can I create medals using my own logo?

Yes. Many of our custom medals can be personalised with your club crest, school badge, company logo or event artwork. Simply upload your design while ordering.

What type of artwork can I upload?

Clear JPG, PNG, PDF, EPS and vector artwork files are usually suitable. For the best result, upload the highest-quality version available. We will contact you if we need any clarification before production.

Is there a minimum order for personalised medals?

The minimum order depends on the medal design. Some personalised medals are available in small quantities, while bulk and bespoke options may require a larger minimum order. The minimum quantity is shown on each product page.

Are ribbons included with custom medals?

Many of our medals include an attached ribbon, with a wide range of colours available. Please check the individual product page to confirm the ribbon options included with each design.

Can personalised medals also be engraved?

Engraving is available on selected medals. This can be used to add names, dates, event titles or short achievement messages. Available engraving options are shown on each product page.

How quickly can custom medals be produced?

Many products marked Fast Track can be prepared for dispatch within 1–2 working days. Larger orders, engraving or more detailed personalisation may take longer.

Can you help if I do not have finished artwork?

Yes. Send us the best version of your logo or design that you have and we will advise whether it is suitable. Simple adjustments may be possible, although extensive artwork preparation may involve an additional charge.

Can I order gold, silver and bronze medals?

Yes. Many medal designs are available in gold, silver and bronze finishes, making them suitable for first, second and third-place awards. Availability varies between products.

Do you supply personalised medals to schools?

Yes. We supply custom medals for Sports Days, attendance awards, achievement presentations and other school events. Purchase Order Numbers are welcome from UK schools.
